New Track: Nikka Costa - Head First

Nikka Costa is still an "unknown" despite being around for over 10 years now. Never quite understood what it was about her that prevented her from ‘blowing up’ because she has always been consistent. Combining Funk, Blues & Soul, she’s got killer vocals, distinct style and a lot of "cool" (her Godfather was Frank Sinatra!) but yet she’s never hit the stream of main (I think she's one of the artists that deserve it). Her most well known song ‘Like a Feather’ was released way back in 2001!

Well, she’s back now, with a brand new song called ‘Head First’, taken off her new album. Her vocals sound honey laced and attached to that bassline and Funk instrumental – it’s a "1050 percent" win.
