Produced by Swizz Beatz, Dear Anne is Lil’ Wayne’s ‘Part 2′ to Eminem’s Grammy award winning song Stan (who is somehow related to Anne). I’m not entirely sure why but this isn’t going to be appearing on Wayne’s forthcoming album Tha Carter IV – a bit strange considering how strong it is. Dwayne does good here, real good.
